How much will the shipping cost?

We typically ship UPS Ground with tracking, and our shipping fee is a flat rate based on the current size/weight of our packages.

When will my order ship?

We generally ship within 3-4 days of placing an order. Because most items are handmade to order, processing time may vary depending on the size of the order and/or items ordered. We will contact you if necessary to notify you of any extended processing periods. Please be aware of holiday shipping delays.

Why do you require me to provide my email and phone number?

We know you care about your privacy and we do too! We will never spam or sell any personal information to third parties. Your contact details allow us the opportunity of contacting you regarding purchases, including order confirmation, shipping, and tracking updates.

I mistakenly entered the incorrect shipping address on my order form. Can you correct it for me?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you spot an error in your order confirmation email, please contact us immediately at kate@katewinternitzjewelry.com  and we'll take care of it!

Do you offer free shipping?

From time to time, we offer free shipping on select items. To stay updated, be sure to check our home page often!

I'm from around here, can I pick my order up myself?

We may be able to accommodate local deliveries and/or pickups if you contact us before placing an order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your policy on return and exchanges?

If you don't absolutely love your purchase, you may return or exchange your jewelry within 2 weeks of purchase. The jewelry must be unworn and in the same condition in which it was received. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed. 

Please advise me on how to return my jewelry.

Please note that items will need to be repackaged in their original packaging and a secure box and sent to 10511 Galsworthy Lane, Austin, Texas 78739.  Please be sure to use a reliable mail service. We will not be liable for returns lost in the mail.

Do you issue refunds or accept returns on customized or personalized jewelry?

We review such requests on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at kate@katewinternitzjewelry.com to submit return requests for customized or personalized jewelry

What can I do if I receive a faulty item or I am unhappy with my purchase?

If you believe you've received a faulty item, please email us at kate@katewinternitzjewelry.com and we will do our best to figure out the best solution.

What type of repairs do you offer?

We will consider repairs on a case by case basis. We want our customers to be happy and will work to find a solution.
